All services sold by Conversion Copywriters are delivered exclusively in digital format. No physical goods are shipped. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that delivery will be made digitally.

Timelines are measured in business days (Monday–Friday, excluding Portuguese public holidays) and begin from the date the kick-off briefing is completed — not from the date of payment.
Timelines may extend if: the brief is incomplete or unclear; feedback is delayed beyond 5 business days; scope changes after kick-off.
A kick-off briefing is required before work begins on any project. We will contact you within one business day of your payment to schedule this. The briefing typically takes 30–60 minutes and may be held via video call, voice call, or written questionnaire — your choice.
Revised drafts are delivered within 2–3 business days of receiving consolidated client feedback. Each revision must be submitted as a single consolidated document or message. We do not process piecemeal feedback across multiple messages as a single revision round.
Final approved deliverables are confirmed via email. Your project is archived by us for 90 days after the final delivery date. During this period, you may request redelivery of the files at no charge. After 90 days, archived files may be deleted.
If a delay in project completion is caused by the Client (e.g. delayed feedback, incomplete brief, unavailability for briefing), the original delivery timeline is suspended and restarts from the point the project can resume. Any Rush Delivery add-on may be void in such circumstances.
