How we work

Five steps.
Zero surprises.

Most copywriting delays happen for three reasons: an unclear brief, a late feedback round, or a change in scope nobody caught early. We built this process to prevent all three — so when we give you a delivery date, we hit it.

01

Brief & Research

Every project starts with a deep brief — not a template questionnaire, but a real conversation about your audience, your offer, and what has and has not worked before. We research your category and your competitors before we write a word.

1–2 business days
02

Strategy & Angle Selection

We map the key messages, choose the lead angle, and decide the structure before writing. You see the strategy before the copy — so if anything is off-brief, we catch it early rather than after a full draft.

1–2 business days
03

First Draft

The first draft is a real draft, not a placeholder. It comes with notes explaining why we made specific choices — so you can give feedback based on reasoning, not just instinct.

3–7 business days
04

Revision Rounds

We take your feedback in one consolidated round — not in pieces across a week. Revisions are focused and fast. Most projects wrap in one or two rounds.

2–3 business days
05

Final Delivery

Final files delivered in your preferred format — Google Doc, Notion, Word, or plain text. We archive your project for 90 days after delivery in case you need anything.

What happens once the files land

Archive access

Your project is stored for 90 days after delivery. If you need to retrieve files, request a revision note, or reference the original brief — we have it.

Performance review

If you share results from the copy after launch — conversion rate, open rate, ROAS — we review them with you. No charge. We want to know what worked.

Future projects

Returning clients get priority scheduling and do not need to re-submit a full brief. We already have the context. Most clients come back.

What we use

We do not force clients onto new tools. All copy is delivered in a format that suits your workflow.
