Refund Policy

1. Overview

Because our services involve custom creative work that begins promptly after payment, our refund policy reflects the time and resources committed at each stage. We handle all refund requests fairly and on a case-by-case basis.

2. Before the briefing stage

If you cancel your order before the kick-off briefing has taken place and before we have begun any research or work on your project, you are entitled to a full refund. To request a cancellation, email us at billing@conversioncopywriters.com with your order reference.

3. After the briefing, before first draft

If the briefing has taken place and research has begun but no draft has been delivered, a partial refund of 50% of the order value will be issued, reflecting the time already invested.

4. After first draft delivery

Once the first draft has been delivered, no refund can be issued for the base package price. This is because the core deliverable has been created.

If you purchased add-ons that have not yet been started, those specific add-ons may be refunded in full upon written request before work on them begins.

5. Disputes over quality

If you believe the delivered work does not meet the scope agreed at kick-off, please contact us at hello@conversioncopywriters.com within 7 days of delivery with specific, documented concerns. We will review the feedback and, at our discretion, either revise the work, offer a partial credit toward a future project, or issue a partial refund if the concerns are substantiated and the revision rounds included in your package have not resolved them.

6. Non-refundable items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

• Orders where a first draft has been delivered and all revision rounds have been used.
• Projects where the Client has approved or published the deliverable.
• Orders cancelled more than 30 days after the original purchase date.
• Support hours that have already been consumed.

7. How to request a refund

Email billing@conversioncopywriters.com with:

• Your full name and order date
• Your Stripe payment reference or receipt number
• The reason for your request

We will review and respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed via Stripe back to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

8. Chargeback policy

We ask that you contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Chargebacks filed without prior notice where the work has been delivered will be disputed. We maintain full documentation of all project communications and deliverables.
