These Terms of Service constitute a legal agreement between Conversion Copywriters Lda. ("Conversion Copywriters", "we", "our", "us") and the individual or entity ("Client", "you") placing an order or using our services.
Conversion Copywriters provides copywriting and content strategy services delivered exclusively in digital format. Services include but are not limited to: homepage and web page copy, email marketing sequences, sales funnel copy, paid advertisement copy, blog and editorial content, and brand voice guides.
All services are delivered digitally via email attachment, shared document link, or other agreed digital medium. No physical product will be delivered.
By completing a purchase through our website you confirm that: (a) you are at least 18 years of age; (b) the information you have provided is accurate; (c) you have the authority to enter this agreement; (d) you have read and accepted these Terms, our Refund Policy, and our Delivery Policy.
All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Payment is processed at the time of order by Stripe. We do not hold or process card details directly. Upon successful payment, you will receive a Stripe receipt and a project confirmation from us within one business day.
Prices are subject to change at any time but changes will not affect confirmed orders already paid.
Following payment, we will contact you within one business day to schedule a kick-off briefing. Work begins after the briefing is completed. Delivery timelines are as described on the relevant service page and confirmed in writing at kick-off. Timelines are estimates and may be extended if the brief is incomplete, if feedback is delayed, or if the scope changes after kick-off.
Each package includes a stated number of revision rounds. A revision round is one consolidated set of changes submitted at one time. Revisions must be submitted within 14 calendar days of draft delivery. Feedback submitted after this window may be treated as a new revision round or a new project at our discretion.
The Client agrees to: provide accurate and complete briefing information; respond to requests for clarification within a reasonable time; consolidate feedback into single revision submissions; not share or resell deliverables before final payment is confirmed.
Upon full payment, the Client receives a perpetual, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use the deliverables for the purpose for which they were commissioned. Conversion Copywriters retains the right to reference the work in its portfolio unless the Client requests otherwise in writing before project kick-off.
Conversion Copywriters retains copyright in all deliverables until full payment is received.
We treat all project information as confidential and do not disclose it to third parties except as required to deliver the services (e.g. subcontractors bound by equivalent confidentiality obligations). We are happy to sign a mutual NDA upon request before briefing commences.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Conversion Copywriters shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity, whether arising from breach of contract, negligence, or otherwise.
Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the amount paid by the Client for that project.
Conversion Copywriters provides professional copywriting services based on research, strategy, and craft. We do not guarantee specific conversion rates, revenue outcomes, or search rankings. Copy performance depends on factors outside our control including offer quality, traffic, design, and market conditions.
These Terms are governed by Portuguese law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Portugal.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
